Product Overview

The UF-E dual-rotor flowmeter (hereinafter referred to as the flowmeter) is a novel volumetric flowmeter with a unique design and precision machining and assembly. It utilizes a pair of helical rotors as the only moving parts within the measuring chamber, serving to divide, measure, transport, and discharge the fluid being measured. This model of flowmeter incorporates a positioning gear in its structure to ensure that the two rotors do not contact each other during rotation. The flowmeter operates smoothly, with low noise, minimal wear, and high accuracy. It is highly adaptable to viscosity and allows fine particles in the measured fluid to pass through without easily causing blockages. The flowmeter undergoes electroless nickel plating treatment, endowing it with corrosion resistance and wear resistance, making it capable of replacing flowmeters made of stainless steel materials.

Main Features

● Suitable for light oils, thin oils, viscous oils, crude oils with high sand or water content, and a wide range of fluid viscosities.

● The flowmeter can handle large fluid flow rates, with maximum flow rates approximately twice those of ordinary volumetric meters of the same diameter.

● Long service life, high accuracy, and strong reliability.

● Minimal pressure loss within the system.

● Long-distance wired transmission up to 1000 meters, with pulse signal output of N=0.1L (one pulse per 1N increment), directly compatible with computer networks.

● Explosion-proof certification: Ex ia II CT4 (intrinsically safe type); protection rating: IP65.
