Product Overview
The electromagnetic flowmeter (abbreviated as EMF), which rapidly developed with advancements in electronic technology from the 1950s to 1960s, is a new type of flow measurement instrument. It operates based on the principle of electromagnetic induction, measuring the flow rate of conductive fluids by detecting the electromotive force induced when the conductive fluid passes through an external magnetic field. With no resistance or moving parts within the measuring tube, it results in minimal pressure loss, avoiding additional energy loss or blockages. It offers significant energy-saving benefits and is particularly suitable for measuring liquid two-phase flow media, such as wastewater, slurry, mineral slurry, and paper pulp.

● Unaffected by changes in fluid density, viscosity, temperature, pressure, and conductivity, it achieves high-precision measurement using a linear measurement principle.
● Low installation requirements: the front straight pipe section only requires 5D, and the rear straight pipe section requires 2D (where D is the inner diameter of the selected instrument).
● Wide coverage with nominal diameters ranging from DN3 to DN3000. There are multiple choices for linings and electrodes to meet the requirements of measuring various conductive fluid flows.
● Equipped with communication signal outputs (optional) such as MODBUS-RS485, HART, GPRS, and PROFIBUS.
● The converter employs a 32-bit embedded microprocessor with full digital processing, offering fast computation speed, strong anti-interference capability, reliable measurement, high precision, and a measurement range ratio of up to 1500:1.
● Features electrical conductivity measurement function, capable of determining whether the sensor is empty and possessing self-check and self-diagnostic capabilities.
● The internal calculator can separately display forward cumulative flow, reverse cumulative flow, and instantaneous flow.
● Insertion-type electromagnetic flowmeters are simple to install, allowing continuous flow while tapping on-site pressurized holes, offering absolute installation advantages and cost benefits
