Product Overview
The LLQ-type gas roots flowmeter is a new generation product developed by our company, summarizing years of experience and employing multiple innovative technologies. It is a volumetric gas metering instrument featuring high precision, high reliability, wide rangeability, and low starting flow. It can directly measure the working volume flow and total flow of gases. By configuring a volume correction instrument, it can also measure the temperature, pressure, standard volume flow, and total flow of gases. Optionally equipped with a DTU module, it enables wireless remote transmission. It is extensively applied in urban gas and industrial gas flow measurement and detection, serving as an ideal instrument for users to achieve high-precision and reliable metering.
Main Features
● High precision and excellent repeatability. The internal rotating elements undergo precision machining and balancing tests, with no contact or rotation against each other, and good oil lubrication, ensuring consistent flowmeter accuracy.
● No straight pipe section is required before or after the flowmeter, allowing installation in confined spaces.
● Low starting flow and wide rangeability, suitable for measuring gas flows with large load variations.
● The instrument has pulse signal output, 4-20mA analog signal output, and RS485 (MOD-BUS-RTU protocol) output. It also features IC card signal output, compatible with IC card prepayment systems for convenient trade settlement.
● Utilizes a brand-new fourth-generation tunnel magnetoresistive technology sensor (TMR), significantly enhancing the instrument's anti-electromagnetic interference capability.
● Reliable electromagnetic compatibility design, with good anti-interference performance and high reliability, meeting the electromagnetic compatibility experimental requirements of the JJG633-2005 standard.
● Adopts a low-power design and can be powered by a lithium battery, which can be used continuously for more than 2 years. It can also be connected to an external power source.
