The LWQ-type gas turbine flowmeter incorporates advanced flowmeter technologies from both domestic and international sources. It has been optimized and designed by integrating theories such as gas dynamics, fluid mechanics, and electromagnetism. This new generation of high-precision and highly reliable gas precision metering instrument combines temperature, pressure, flow sensors, and intelligent flow totalizers into one unit. It offers excellent low-pressure and high-pressure metering performance, multiple signal output options, and low sensitivity to fluid disturbances. It is widely applicable for metering gases such as natural gas, coal gas, liquefied gas, and light hydrocarbons.

Main Features

● Integrated with a microprocessor, flow sensor, high-precision temperature, and pressure sensors, it directly measures the flow, temperature, and pressure of the gas being tested, and automatically performs flow tracking compensation and compression factor calculations.

● Adopts a low-power design and can be powered by a lithium battery, which can last for more than 2 years of continuous use. It can also be connected to an external power source.

● The instrument has pulse signal and analog signal outputs. It can achieve centralized data acquisition and real-time management of computer data directly through the RS485 communication interface or by using the GPRS system.

● Equipped with an LCD screen, the readings are intuitive and convenient. It can simultaneously display parameters such as instantaneous flow under standard conditions, instantaneous flow under working conditions, total flow under standard conditions, as well as the temperature and pressure of the measuring medium.
