Product Overview

The KLO series gas ultrasonic flowmeter is produced using advanced German technology, with all key components imported in their original packaging. It boasts high reliability, long service life, and other notable features. It is a novel precision metering instrument with high accuracy and reliability. It can be widely applied for flow measurement in industries such as urban gas, petroleum, chemicals, electric power, and metallurgy.
Adopting a unique dual-channel duplex (DN25-DN80) and sextuple-channel duplex (DN100-DN200) design, it can eliminate the influence of eddy currents and asymmetric flow. The duplex channels add redundant backup channels, enhancing system reliability.

Main Features

● No pressure loss, wide rangeability, and ultra-low starting flow.

● No moving parts, resulting in few failures and long service life.

● Strong wear resistance, maintaining consistent accuracy over long-term use without the need for regular maintenance.

● Utilizes duplex dual-channel and sextuple-channel measurements, employing digital correlation algorithms for high accuracy and strong anti-interference performance.

● Integrates flow, temperature, and pressure measurements, automatically performing temperature-pressure compensation and compression factor correction calculations.

● The instrument features pulse signal output, 4-20mA analog signal output, and RS485 (MOD-BUS-RTU protocol) communication output. It also supports IC card signal output and can be used with IC card prepayment systems for convenient trade settlement.

● Equipped with a dedicated liquid crystal display screen, providing intuitive readings. It can simultaneously display parameters such as instantaneous flow under standard conditions, instantaneous flow under working conditions, total flow under standard conditions, medium temperature, medium pressure, and output current.
