Product Overview
The universal electronic flowmeter (hereinafter referred to as the flowmeter) is a novel electromechanical integrated smart velocity-type flowmeter. It incorporates the characteristics of single-turbine flowmeters in traditional velocity-type flowmeters, innovates in structure, and enhances precision. By utilizing a microcontroller for internal system error correction, the measurement accuracy reaches 0.5-grade, and remote on-site calibration is feasible. The flowmeter features a simple structure, robust durability, convenient installation and maintenance, and no blockages. Furthermore, it imposes minimal requirements on the medium, functioning normally with oils, gases, sands, slurries, and mixed liquids. The on-site digital display shows cumulative and instantaneous flow rates, which are intuitive, clear, and accurate, including instantaneous flow rates and each flow conversion setup, all of which can be reset to zero. It is equipped with a standard communication interface for secondary display with remote transmission. Remote transmission outputs include both pulse and current modes. With its own backup power supply, it remains usable even without an external power source. The flowmeter exhibits strong anti-interference capabilities and operates normally under high electric fields and high magnetic fields.

It converts the rotation into electrical signals via sensors, which are then amplified and remotely transmitted. Flow values can be obtained through calculation.
