Product Overview

The flow sensor's flow cross-section resembles the profile of a venturi tube. A set of helical flow guide blades is installed on the inlet side. When the fluid enters the flow sensor, the flow guide blades force the fluid to generate intense swirling flow. As the fluid enters the diffusion section, the swirling flow is affected by the backflow, commencing a secondary rotation and forming a vortex-like swirling flow phenomenon (or more accurately described as: begins to rotate secondarily, forming a turbulent swirling flow pattern). The precession frequency is directly proportional to the flow rate, unaffected by the fluid's physical properties and density. The detection element measures the secondary rotation precession frequency of the fluid, achieving good linearity within a relatively wide flow range. The signal undergoes pre-amplification, filtering, and shaping by a pre-amplifier to convert it into a pulse signal proportional to the flow rate. Subsequently, it is integrated with temperature, pressure, and other detection signals and sent to a microprocessor for integration processing. Finally, the measurement results (instantaneous flow, cumulative flow, temperature, and pressure data) are displayed on an LCD screen.

● The intelligent flowmeter integrates a flow probe, microprocessor, pressure, and temperature sensors into a single unit, adopting a built-in combination for a more compact structure. It can directly measure the flow, pressure, and temperature of fluids and automatically track and compensate for compression factor corrections in real-time.

● Employs a dot-matrix LCD display, capable of showing multiple digits, providing intuitive readings. It can directly display parameters such as volume flow under working conditions, volume flow under standard conditions, total flow, medium pressure, and temperature during operation.

● The display can output frequency pulses and 4-20mA analog signals, featuring an RS485 interface for direct connection to a microcomputer network, with a transmission distance of up to 1.2km.
