Product Overview
The LUGB series vortex shedding flowmeter is widely applicable for the measurement and control of superheated steam, saturated steam, compressed air, and general gases (such as oxygen, nitrogen, hydrogen, natural gas, coal gas), as well as liquids (including water, gasoline, alcohol, benzene, etc.) in industries such as petroleum, chemicals, metallurgy, heat power, textiles, and papermaking.
Main Features
● No moving parts, ensuring long-term stability. Its simple structure facilitates easy installation and maintenance.
● The sensor outputs pulse frequencies that exhibit a linear relationship with the actual flow rate of the measured fluid, with no zero drift, ensuring highly stable performance. It comes in various structural forms, including pipeline-type and insertion-type flow sensor configurations.
● High precision, typically with a measurement accuracy of ±1.0% for liquids and ±1.5% for gases.
● Wide measurement range, achieving a rangeability of up to 1:20 within a Reynolds number range of 2×10⁴ to 7×10⁶.
● Flexible installation methods. Depending on the on-site process pipeline, it can be installed horizontally, vertically, or at different angles.
● Employs anti-interference circuits and vibration-resistant sensors, providing certain resistance to environmental vibrations.
● Adopts ultra-low-power single-chip microcomputer technology. One 3V10AH lithium battery can be used for over 5 years.
● The software corrects for the nonlinearity of the instrument coefficient to enhance measurement accuracy.
